Who we are
adspls is run by Mochi Management Kft. (registered office: 1025 Budapest, Pusztaszeri út 11-13. 4. ajtó; company registration number: 01-09-449448; tax number: 32918999-2-41). We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: timur@mochimanagement.org.
What we collect, and why
When you send an order request on this site, we receive:
- your invite code,
- your brand’s website address,
- your email address,
- anything you write in “Ideas or requests” (optional; please don’t include other people’s personal data).
We use these only to review your request, reply to you, and, if we agree to work together, to prepare and make your ads. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). If you represent a business, our legal basis for processing your work contact details is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not send newsletters or marketing emails. If we ever want to, we will ask for your separate consent first, and you can withdraw it at any time.
When we make ads, we research your brand from public sources (your website and public profiles). That is information about your business, not personal data.
How long we keep it
- If we don’t end up working together: until 12 months after we answered your request, then we delete it.
- If we do: for as long as the contract runs, and invoices and accounting records for 8 years as required by Hungarian accounting law (Számv. tv. 169. §).
Who else processes it
We use these service providers (processors) on our behalf, bound by data processing agreements:
- Website hosting: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (privacyquestions@cloudflare.com).
- Email: Namecheap, Inc. (Private Email), 4600 East Washington Street, Suite 300, Phoenix, AZ 85034, USA.
- Ad production, only if we work together: Anthropic (AI, USA), ElevenLabs (voice), fal.ai (image tools). Transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it for automated decisions about you.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and no analytics. If that changes, we will ask first.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to timur@mochimanagement.org; we answer within one month.
If you think we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Hungarian data protection authority: Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, naih.hu. You can also go to court; you may choose the court of your place of residence.
